I asked them what they’ve taken away from my coaching and here’s what they had to say.

I feel like you're an exceptionally good leader! But more specifically you're a leader in taking the initiative. You've taught me if you don't like something/wish something was different have a goal, then you do something about it. Whether it's intentionally investing in community and creating opportunities to be together or creating a girls bible study or organizing singing to the old people, you were always looking for new ways to serve, engage and lead.

She truly is a mastermind; very gifted at pushing people to be their best and to grow. She has incredible wisdom for what direction to steer the ship and she conveys the course of action with so much passion that you can’t help but jump on board and start rowing. And she sets the example of boundaries, self-awareness, and rest. Personal growth is at the core of our team culture because of her.

Jessica paved the path so many of us desperately needed. She makes me feel better EVERYDAY. She’s helped me breakthrough the mediocre… because “normal is boring.” One of the best questions I’m asked is “who is your Plexus sponsor?” Getting to say I’m Boss Hef’s level one is my #1 bragging right. When I’m with you I’m in the company of greatness.

Do scary things.. I've learned that it's more than just doing something scary.. it's that once you do something you've avoided it opens the doors and gives you more courage to do more scary things... This has totally changed my life!!

REST and BOUNDARIES!! I can see you shining bright in teaching others this - the importance of and the how to (again another topic that is not often highlighted). These are all things you've grown in tremendously and can offer so much insight via a book/podcast/ in the future!

I believe the things you have taught (and are gifted in teaching) to the masses as well as in individual relationships are as follows: Scarcity mindset - I think this can be a huge platform for you and something that very few people talk about/discuss. You help bring to light beliefs/lies that one might not even realize they believe and then how to overcome.

I love how you are so passionate and encouraging in leading others and about what you do! You really want to help others break out of that scarcity mindset you were talking about. I'm sure there are scores of people who have the same mindset and don't even realize! I think your energy and positivity definitely adds value and your desire to constantly learn more and then take that and share it with others.

What I have learned from you is a LOVING heart and sharing what you love well. You have shown me how to love through blessing and through hard times. You have shown me how to push myself in easy ways I was not ready for but you knew I was.
